Amalgam_2

A print I made from an older drawing. The drawing is a fine example of what happens when I am in a lecture class: I'm taking real notes, and I'm drawing something on the side.
The idea is an expansion of an older drawing, Amalgam, which I did one late night rather than vent in verbal form. With this version, I deliberately refrained from any concrete imagery, but had specific actions and emotions in mind.
Original drawing is on a regular sheet of copy paper.
The screen print is on Kitikata rice paper, roughly 12 by 16 inches, if I recall properly.
